As part of our winter focus on Fitness Fanatics, Pre-K 2 learned and practice some yoga poses. Practicing yoga with children offers numerous benefits. Yoga also promotes mental well-being, aiding in stress reduction, boosting concentration, and fostering a sense of calm and relaxation. For children, it can be particularly beneficial in developing self-discipline and emotional regulation. Integrating yoga into a regular routine can establish healthy habits early on, contributing to their overall development and well-being.
